We have three beautiful function spaces that we know will be the perfect space for your next function. We have the ability to host many different function group sizes from a simple tea party to a larger group for bridal parties, baby showers, birthday parties and so much more. We have a special menu just for functions with many different food options to choose from.

OUR FUNCTION ROOMS
OUR CAFE´
Our Café is a newly renovated space with a sleek modern design. The space features an outdoor lounge/patio as well as the inside area perfect for groups of up to 50. The interior was designed with Baby/Bridal Showers, Gender Reveals, Birthdays and Brunches in mind. The Cafe is available for a $200 Room Fee, which provides a private function space and bar for a 3-4 hour event and also covers setup and breakdown, white linens, plates, cutlery, napkins and cake cutting. We have an 86" smart TV which is apple compatible available for your slideshow/presentation needs.
OUR DECK BAR
Our Deck Bar can comfortably hold up to 45 people in the indoor area, and opens up to our outdoor patio area to hold up to 65 people (seated) in good weather. Our Deck is Bar connected to our arcade which is perfect for team gatherings and children's parties. The Deck Bar is available for a $200 Room Fee, which provides a private function space and bar for a 3-4 hour event and also covers setup and breakdown, black linens, plates, cutlery, napkins and cake cutting.
OUR PLAYERS FUNCTION ROOM
Our Players Function Room comfortably holds groups of up to 85 people seated with a dance floor and up to 120 people for social gatherings. Our Players Function Room is available for a $300 room fee. This Room Fee provides a private function space, bar, dance floor and stage for a 3-4 hour event and covers setup and breakdown, black linens, plates, cutlery, napkins, cake cutting and access to our state of the art audio/video entertainment system.

SLIDE SHOW:
Please note if will be setting up a slide show someone from the event must come to test the compatibility with our system a minimum of a 2 weeks prior to the event; we are not responsible for a slide show not working if a trial run does not happen.
LINENS:
White linens are available to you, please make sure to order 2 weeks prior to event date.
FUNCTION MENU:
When using our "Book Now" link we will reach back out to you to discuss your function and will include a Function Menu to order.
All food is served buffet style, with most items priced out by the tray unless otherwise noted. One tray of an item will feed approximately 20 people, assuming that each person has 3-4 items on their plate.
Our bar-sized pizzas are also available under our “Buy 3, Get 1 Free Cheese” deal.
FOOD ORDERING DEADLINE:
All orders and final head count are due 7 days prior to your event and can be submitted via email to jacqui@southshoresportsbar.com
Once an order is received a food invoice will be emailed to you on the Wednesday prior to your event for your approval.
DESSERTS:
Outside desserts are the only food we allow to be brought in.
